At the "My Account" section you can manage your business profile, change the service's password, set up the business calendar that is to be observed by employees, and configure alerts.
At the left menu, click on "My Account" under the business name.
Name: business legal name.
Email: business main contact's email that will receive all the service's notifications by default.
Language: set up the language for the service by chosing one at the drop list: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, or Russian.
Timezone: be sure you set correctly the timezone that are to govern the records.
VAT Number: insert the business's VAT identification number or taxpayer identification number.
Address: insert the busineess's legal address.
Country: business country
Signatory: upload a scanned copy of a document that certifies your business name and taxpayer identification number
Change the password to access the Bioweb for employers service. Insert the old password for authentication, and the new password twice, and then click on the "Change Password" button.
Holiday Days: set the number of days of paid holiday that your workers are entitled to per year by inserting the number odf days in the field. Also called paid annual leave, holiday entitlement, annual leave entitlement.
Working Days: the days that your employers have to spend working during one week by clicking on the checkboxes for each day. Also called work days, busines days.
When you have finished, click on the "Save and back" button.
Here you can set up alerts for both employer and employees to be notified about unpunctuality and overtime by email. With alerts, employers can be notified and track tardiness in real time, and employees can be reminded to clock in if they forget, for example.
Notify punctuality exceed in: set the number of minutes you allow employers to be late before being notified by selecting a number from the drop list. Check on Notify Employee to send an alert to the employee and or Notify Company to send an alert to the employer.
Notify exceed working time in: set the minumum number of minutes of overtime that an employee has to work before being informed about the overtime. Check on Notify Employee to send an alert to the employee and or Notify Company to send an alert to the employer.
When you have finished, click on the "Save" button.
