Scope

At the "Financial" section you manage the billing of the Bioweb service (billing profile, billing plan, payment method, and invoices).

At the left menu, click on "Financial".

Company Information

Configure the business profile to be invoiced for the Bioweb service.

Company profile

• Name: business legal name.

• Email: business main contact's email that will receive all the service's notifications by default.

• Currency: currency in which the Bioweb fee will be billed.

• Language: set up the language for the service by chosing one at the drop list: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, or Russian.

• VAT Number: insert the business's VAT identification number or taxpayer identification number.

• Address: insert the busineess's legal address.

• Country: business country

• Signatory: upload a scanned copy of a document that certifies your business name and taxpayer identification number

To save changes, click on the "Save" button.

Payment Method

Here you can manage the Bioweb plan for your business and edit the payment method.

Bioweb is a subscription service charged on a monthly basis with a free trial period. When the free trial is over, you will be asked to select a plan and add a payment method in order to continue accessing the service.

Payment Method

• Select a Plan: choose the plan that is best suited for your business size. Al plans are shown in the curency set at the Company Profile. If you are during the trial period, the free trial days remaining are shown and the Payment Status is free.

• Payment Method. Bioweb supports payments via credit card and PayPal. Add your payment method here.

Upon selecting aplan and clicking on the "Subscribe" button, you will be charged the monthly fee of the plan you selected on a monthly basis.

You can cancel the subscription anytime by clicking on the "Cancel subscription" button. Please note that by unsubscribing from the service you will stop having access to the service and its reports.

This section shows the list of invoices for the Bioweb service by month.
